Marquette – The Matinee Movie Series will screen “Florence Foster Jenkins” on Thursday, January 5 at 12:30 p.m. in the Community Room of the Peter White Public Library.
Based on the incredible true story, Meryl Streep stars as an inspiring New York socialite who dreams of becoming a great opera singer. “Florence Foster Jenkins” premiered at the 2016 Belfast Film Festival, is rated PG-13 and runs for 111 minutes.
