Ishpeming, Michigan – November 12, 2105 – The Greater Ishpeming-Negaunee Area Chamber of Commerce is reminding folks to save their receipts, because the Chamber Holiday Punch Card is back! Unplug from Cyber Monday and think twice about visiting the big box stores — support your local businesses this holiday season.
Just save your receipts from Chamber Member Businesses between November 1st – December 22nd and bring the receipts in to the office. For every $50 you spend at Chamber Member Businesses, you will be entered in to win some great prizes.
A few of the prizes include: a copper, U.P. Pendant from Wattsson&Wattsson Jewelers, a hand-carved gecko statue from Woodworks Chainsaw Carving, two $50 gas cards from Holiday Stationstores, two $25 pre-paid VISA gift cards, and MORE!
To figure out who a Chamber Member Business is, stop by the office and grab a Power Book, the listing of members, visit the website, www.gincc.org and click on “DIRECTORY”, or download the GINCC Mobile App, which is the mobile version of our online directory. Otherwise, if you are unsure, just bring in all your receipts and they can sort through them and determine who is or isn’t a member.
Last year, the Holiday Punch Card campaign was able to track almost $30,000 ($29, 693.57 to be exact) spent right here in our own community. That’s what I call a Merry Christmas! Do you think $50,000 can be reached this year? Let’s see!
