BYO Dinner Theater: Nebraska – April 15th

MARQUETTE, MICHIGAN – Peter White Public Library invites film fans to a BYO Dinner Theater event on Tuesday, April 15 at 5:30 pm to enjoy a screening of “Nebraska” in the library’s Community room.

An aging, booze-addled father, played by Bruce Dern, makes the trip from Montana to Nebraska with his estranged son, played by Will Forte, in order to claim a million-dollar Mega Sweepstakes Marketing prize.

Six time Oscar nominee, “Nebraska” is a father and son road trip told with deadpan humor and a unique visual style. It is ultimately the story of a son trying to get through to a father he doesn’t understand. It was released in US theaters in January 2014, is rated R and runs for 115 minutes.

BYO Dinner Theater welcomes the public to bring their own takeout supper and enjoy this recently released feature film, in a dinner theater setting. There is no admission charge thanks to sponsorship by the Friends of the Peter White Public Library. For more information visit www.pwpl.info or call 226-4318.
