Negaunee – The Afternoons at the Museum program will feature “Freighters of Destiny” with Fred Stonehouse on Tuesday, July 29 at 2 p.m. at the Michigan Iron Industry Museum, 73 Forge Road in Negaunee.
Stonehouse will highlight the history of Great Lakes navigation, including schooners, wooden steamers and modern steel freighters. Admission is free, but donations will be accepted. Refreshments will be served.
