DocuMonday Film “Young@Heart” on Monday, October 7th at PWPL

(Marquette, Michigan) — DocuMonday presents the film “Young@Heart” on Monday, October 7 at 7:00 pm in the Peter White Public Library Community Room.

This documentary chronicles the story of a New England senior citizens chorus that has delighted audiences worldwide with their covers of songs by everyone from James Brown to The Clash to Coldplay, and is led by a strict musical director. What emerges is a funny and unexpectedly moving testament to friendship, creative inspiration, and reaching beyond expectations.

“Young@Heart” was released in 2007, is rated PG and runs for 107 minutes. There is no admission charge thanks to sponsorship by the Friends of the Peter White Public Library. For more information visit www.pwpl.info or call 226-4318.
