Potluck
Folks are invited to bring their own potluck dish, hot or cold, to share with the community. We encourage those that plan to bring a potluck dish to also bring a thorough list of included ingredients, particularly specifying if common allergens are included (milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soy, and sesame) or if the dish is confidently known to be vegetarian, vegan, or gluten-free. Materials will be available at the event to list ingredients if one cannot be prepared in advance. Bringing a dish is not required to partake in eating food from the potluck. There will be take-out containers available to leave with food – with leftovers toward the end of the event or as a grab-and-go option.
Clothing Swap
Folks are invited to bring relatively clean and reusable clothing items to donate – please limit amount to one garbage-bag worth of items per donator. There will be tables available that we encourage donators to self-arrange their clothing donations on. Attendees are welcome to take any clothing donations freely – it is not required to bring donations to be able to take some.
Food Bank
Folks are invited to bring shelf-stable, non-expired food items as donations. There will be an area to self-place donations. Attendees are welcome to take any food bank donations freely – no questions asked.
Other Notes
Live music from the Make-Believe Spurs! Bags to take items home will be available. Items that are left at the end of the event will be subject to otherwise donating as we so choose. UPRP members will be available on-location from 10a-3p if you would like to donate items or assist in set-up earlier than 11a, or if you would like to assist in cleaning up after 2p.
