Calendar – Films/Documentaries – Afternoon Classic Films to Screen “The Killing” – Sept. 10

Marquette – Afternoon Classic Films will present a screening of the film ““The Killing”” on Monday, September 10 at 1:30 p.m. in the Community Room of the Peter White Public Library.

In this 1956 black and white film, ex-con Johnny Clay masterminds a complex race-track heist, but his scheme is complicated by the intervention of the wife of a teller in on the scheme, the boyfriend of the wife, airport regulations, and a small dog.
