Northern Center for Lifelong Learning Senior Center Class

MARQUETTE, Mich.—The Northern Center for Lifelong Learning will offer a course called “What is the Senior Center?” at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 18, at the Senior Center located on Spring Street in Marquette.
This will be an opportunity to tour the Senior Center to see what services are being offered to seniors, including social interaction, learning and assistance. Karl Zueger, Marquette’s community development director, and Jane Palmer, senior center director, will lead the tour.
This class is free for members, $5 for non-members. There is a registration deadline for Monday, Sept. 10.
