Marquette – The Marquette Choral Society will begin rehearsals for the winter concert on Monday, September 10 at 7 p.m. in Choral Room 250 of the Thomas Fine Arts Building at Northern Michigan University.
“Carols in the Cathedral” will be performed on Saturday, December 1 and Sunday, December 2 at St. Peter Cathedral in Marquette. Music will be drawn from a new book of carols. The cost of music and membership is $30.
Singers may join the group any time during the first three rehearsals, September 10, 17 and 24. No audition is necessary. For more information, call 227-2563.
