Calendar – Films/Documentaries – World War I Film Series to Screen “Testament of Youth” – Feb. 2

Marquette – The World War I Film Series will offer a screening of “Testament of Youth” on Thursday, February 2 from 12:30 to 2:45 p.m. in the Community Room of the Peter White Public Library.

A British woman recalls coming of age during World War I. The film is a story of young love, the futility of war, and how to make sense of the darkest times.

“World War I Remembered” was released in 2014, is rated PG-13 and runs for 129 minutes. The film series is a community-wide commemoration of American involvement in World War I. There is no admission charge.
