NMU Orchestra Performs ‘Amadeus’ Music April 14th

Marquette, Michigan – The Northern Michigan University Orchestra will present a concert of music featured in the movie Amadeus and composed by Wolfang Amadeus Mozart. The concert begins at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, April 14, in Reynolds Recital Hall. Admission is free.

The orchestra, under the direction of Barbara Rhyneer, will  perform the “Overture to the Opera Magic Flute” and the 1st movement of Symphony No. 25 in G minor. The concert also will feature Nancy Railey performing the Piano Concerto no. 20 in D minor.
