Join the History Center for a day looking back on the 1960s. Enjoy activities and displays all themed around the decade. This decade brought change like never before – in the form of war, assassinations, protest, music, fashion and lifestyle. You will be entertained with music and sights of the era. Take a step back in time and leave your mark on history in our interactive timeline for the era. Hear about the women’s movement from a local perspective.
Take part in the costume contest by arriving in fashion from the era;
contest commences at 1:00.
Come enjoy the displays, entertainment, and activities during this months’ Saturday at the Center. Program included with museum admission.

Saturday at the Center – The Third-Saturday Series at the History Center is an open house format hands-on and activity day featuring a new theme each month.
