Marquette, MI – Peter White Public Library invites film fans to a BYO Dinner Theater event on Tuesday, April 14 at 6:00pm to enjoy a screening of “Boyhood” in the library’s Community room.
This American coming-of-age drama was shot intermittently over the course of a 12-year period, from 2002 to 2013, and depicts the adolescence of a young boy in Texas growing up with divorced parents.
Winner of the Best Picture Golden Globe Award and a six time Oscar nominee, Boyhood was declared a landmark film by many notable critics, who praised its direction, acting, and scope.
Starring, Ellar Coltrane, Patricia Arquette and Ethan Hawke, “Boyhood” was released in August 2014, is rated R and runs for 165 minutes.
BYO Dinner Theater welcomes the public to bring their own takeout meal and enjoy the feature film in a dinner theater setting.
