MARQUETTE – The lower level of the Bluff Street Parking Ramp will be closed Tuesday, September 23 beginning at 6:00 a.m. through Thursday, September 25 at 7:00 p.m. for milling and repaving of the alley between North Front and North Third Streets. Customers and rental permit holders are encouraged to park on the upper level during this time.
