Marquette, Mich.– 03/28/2018– Fox Marquette nominated Marquette Area Public Schools for a donation of 150 books from the Subaru Loves Learning Project, and we won! All seven of MAPS schools will benefit from this gift.
Each of the 150 books celebrate outstanding science writing and illustration for children and young adults. These books are designed to supplement existing curriculum by supporting K-12 science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) education, while also helping to build reading and literacy skills. This donation will help increase students’ exposure to science, and high-quality, up-to-date science literature in particular.
