1st Annual Age Well Live Well Conference September 4th

UPCAP & OSF St. Francis Hospital are happy to announce the inaugural Age Well Live Well Conference. This conference will be packed with breakout sessions covering topics like: Financial Planning for a Healthy Retirement, Tai Chi to Build Strong Minds & Bodies, Our UP MMAP Coordinator Sherry Whitman will be putting on a Medicare workshop, We also have Officer Geno Basanese covering Tips about consumer health such as elder abuse, fraud and scams. If that’s not enough we will have Health and Wellness break outs covering topics like diabetes, healthy eating, living with chronic pain, etc. We even have a home canning break out session to learn how to preserve a healthy lifestyle. This will all be followed up with a lunch, Prize Drawing, Casino Promo cash and the Keynote Speaker, Dr. Ronald Sherman, D.O.
