The National Trapper’s Association brings their biggest Trapping & Outdoor Expo to Escanaba, Michigan July 24th-27th

ESCANABA, MICHIGAN – Trappers and their families from across the U.S. and Canada are putting in for vacation days for July 24-27, 2014 to attend the NTA Expo in Escanaba, Michigan at the U.P. State Fairgrounds. This will be one of the biggest outdoor events ever held in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula.

There will be ten buildings full of vendors offering not only trapping supplies, but a large variety of other items that will appeal to any outdoor enthusiast. Tailgate sales will also be happening on the grounds.

This event is expected to draw over 6, 000 people to the area. It is a family friendly event with many activities and events geared toward kids. Trappers of all experience levels will have great learning opportunities as many trapping experts will be on hand giving demos throughout the three days. Along with the trapping demos, a variety of other experts will be sharing their advice on topics which may include CPR, Healthy Eating, sewing, cooking and others.

“Many people take their vacation days to attend the National Trappers Association Event. You will definitely need more than one day to take it all in. Area motels and restaurants will be busy; you may want to make your reservations early. Not only will the trapper, but any outdoor enthusiast be glad they attended”. Said Jim Fornetti member of U.P. Trappers Association.

Admission is $10.00 for all 4 days. Camping will be available on the grounds. For further information you may contact Tamara Masterson, NTA Convention Coordinator, at masterson@nationaltrappers.com or visit www.nationaltrappers.com and www.uptrappers.com.
