Register now to be a part of the NMU Hospitality Management Memorial Chili Challenge. Cook and serve your chili in this friendly, tasty competition sponsored by the Culinary Students of NMU. “Chefs” of all abilities are welcome to participate, whether a kitchen professional, student or member of the community.
The tasting event will be held on Tuesday, March 27 at NMU’s Jacobetti Center commons. The deadline to register to cook is this Friday, March 16.
