Summer Cinema presents a screening of “Anna Karenina” on Tuesday, June 18 at 5:30 pm in the Peter White Public Library Community Room.
This Oscar winning historical drama is set in its original late
19thcentury Russia high-society and powerfully explores the capacity
for love that surges through the human heart, from the passion between adulterers to the bond between a mother and her children.
The 2012 film stars Kiera Knightley, Aaron Taylor-Johnson and Jude
Law, is based on the classic novel by Leo Tolstoy, rated R and runs
for 130 minutes.
Summer Cinema invites the public to bring their own takeout supper and enjoy a recently released feature film in a dinner theater setting.
