NCLL Offers Basic Fitness Class January 11th

MARQUETTE, Mich.—The Northern Center for Lifelong Learning will present a basic fitness class from 1-2 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 11, at Superior Fitness, 1310 S. Front Street in Marquette.

Owner and personal trainer Aaron Clemins will cover simple techniques to increase physical activity and health. Physical inactivity is one of the strongest predictors of morbidity and mortality. Participants should bring proper shoes for movement.

This event is free for NCLL members and $5 for non-members. Pre-register by Monday, Jan. 6, by calling 227-2979.
