Marquette – DocuMonday will present the film “Senna” on Monday, March 4 at 7 p.m. in the Community Room of the Peter White Public Library.
A British documentary, “Senna” depicts the life and death of Brazilian motor-racing champion, Ayrton Senna. The film charts his achievements on and off the track, his quest for perfection and the mythical status he has attained over the racing legend’s career from his opening season in 1984 to his untimely death a decade later.
The film was released in 2010, is rated PG-13, and runs for 106 minutes. There is no admission charge to the film thanks to sponsorship by the Friends of the Peter White Public Library. For more information visit www.pwpl.info or call 226-4318.
