Marquette – The YMCA will sponsor Splash Week May 4 through 7. The week will be devoted to promoting water recreation and safety along Marquette’s Lake Superior shoreline.
On Saturday May 7, water-based activities for adults, teens and families will be offered in the Y pool. Learn about water recreation, safety and what to do to help yourself or others in need along the Marquette shoreline.
A family program will be offered from 3 to 4:30 p.m., and a teen and adult program will be from 4:30 to 6 p.m. Cost is $5 per household, and advance registration is required.
