Marquette – A State Historical Marker will be dedicated on Wednesday, June 25 at 1 p.m. at the Bishop Baraga Home, 615 S. 4th Street in Marquette.
Bishop Sample and Bishop Garland of the Catholic Diocese of Marquette will give a brief history and dedicate the State Historical Marker at the site of the home where Bishop Frederic Baraga lived and died.
Light refreshments will follow the ceremony.
