Houghton – Girl Scouts of the Northwestern Great Lakes will sponsor a Science Spectacular for girls in kindergarten through 12th grade on Saturday, April 4 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Michigan Tech University in Houghton.
Girls will explore science, chemistry, technology, engineering and math through engaging, age-appropriate activities, and discover how those subjects are relevant to their daily lives and as careers.
MTU faculty, staff and students will assist with the event.
Cost of $15 per girl and $5 per adult includes lunch.
