Marquette – The Superior Alliance for Independent Living’s SPAR program will a sponsor healthy cooking class on Friday, October 21 from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at Messiah Lutheran Church in Marquette.
Participants will learn to create a shopping list, shop for items and cook the meal, and then share it with friends. Cost is $4 per person per class.
