Marquette – A free public workshop titled “What the Kale Do I Do with All These Vegetables?” will be held on Tuesday, November 18 at 4 p.m. in the Jacobetti Complex commons at Northern Michigan University.
Workshop leaders will provide tips on making green smoothies, with free samples available, and guide participants on a tour of the NMU Hoop House outside of the building.
