Marquette – The Central Upper Peninsula Chapter of the Sierra Club will sponsor a ski outing to Echo Lake on Saturday, February 12. Participants will meet at 10 a.m. at Eagle’s Nest Road, the parking area along County Road 550, about 8 miles north from Wright St. in Marquette.
This back-country ski will require a lunch, water, and personal first aid kit. Back country gear is recommended. The route will be chosen based upon the abilities of the people skiing. For more information, call Wil Hamilton at 249-4484.
