Marquette – DocuMonday will offer a free screening of the film “Girl Rising” on Monday, January 8 at 7 p.m. in the Community Room of the Peter White Public Library.
The film is about nine girls from around the world who break through barriers in their lives by getting an education. The 2013 PG film runs for 1 hour and 41 minutes.
