Marquette – The Upper Peninsula Animal Welfare Shelter will give a presentation on the proposed new animal shelter on Thursday, March 23 from noon to 1 p.m. in the Ray Leverton Community Room of the Carnegie Library, 317 N. Main Street in Ishpeming.
