Marquette – Tasty Reads, the book group for readers who love to cook, will meet on Monday, May 9 at noon in the Shiras Room of the Peter White Public Library.
Discussion will center on the book “Life from Scratch: a memoir of food, family, and forgiveness ” by Sasha Martin, an account of the author’s culinary journey over 195 weeks to cook and eat a meal from every country in the world. The book can be found in the library’s nonfiction collection under
the call number 641.5092 MA.
