Marquette – The Transition Marquette County Reading Group will meet to discuss “The Long Descent” by John Michael Greer on Thursday, May 10 at 7 p.m. in the Conference Room of the Peter White Public Library.
The book looks at resource depletion and climate changes that guarantee industrial societies will contract in the decades ahead. The author provides suggestions for how to prepare and live through it.
