The Northern Center for Lifelong Learning will host a program titled “Family Stories, Family Surprises” on Tuesday, April 12 from 7 to 8:30 p.m. in the Shiras Room of the Peter White Public Library.
Bruce Larson, author of “Secrets and Rivals: Wartime Letters and the Parents I Never Knew” will be the presenter He will discuss his book and reflect on how to deal with family lore and present oneself to a younger generation.
The cost is $3 for NCLL members and $8 for non-members. Register by April 4 by calling 227-2979.
