Negaunee – The Upper Peninsula Luge Club will host the Superiorland Kiwanis Midwest Junior Luge Championships on Saturday, February 20 from 3 to 6 p.m. at Lucy Luge Hill in Negaunee.
The nation’s best junior athletes will be in action, running the entire length of the 1/2 mile course. Prior to the race, there will bea ribbon cutting ceremony for the Junior Start building, which was built with funds provided by the Marquette County Community Foundation and labor from the Superiorland Kiwanis Club.
