Marquette – The Marquette Regional History Center will offer Saturday at the Center: Rock Collecting on Saturday, February 20 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the MRHC, 145 W. Spring Street in Marquette.
The Ishpeming Rock and Mineral Club will show impressive rock collections close up and offer hands on activities, great for all ages. Find out how to get started rock collecting and how to identify rocks in our Upper Peninsula region. Presentations on rock collecting will be at 11:30 a.m. and at 1 p.m.
The event is included with admission or membership at the Sponsor level or above.
