Calendar – Education – Pakistani Student Discusses Homeland – Apr. 9

Marquette – Maryam Khan, a Northern Michigan University exchange student from Pakistan, will give a presentation on urban life, the natural world and traditions that shape her country today on Thursday April 9 at 4 p.m. in Jamrich Hall 1313 on the NMU campus.

Khan is a native of Karachi, the capital of Sindh province and the largest, most populated city in Pakistan. It also serves as a main seaport and financial center.

The public is invited. The NMU International Programs Office is sponsoring her presentation.
