Marquette – The Northern Center for Lifelong Learning will present “Our Four-Legged Law Enforcement-the K-9 Police Dogs” on Monday, June 11 at 3 p.m. in Room 101-B at the Superior Dome.
Sgt. Marty Munger of the Marquette City Police Department will discuss the training and care regimens of the K-9 unit. He also will have police dogs on site to show their aggressive capacity and lead them in an actual “search and find” demonstration mission.
This class is free for NCLL members, $5 for others. Register by Thursday, June 7 by calling the NCLL office at 227-2979.
