Marquette, Michigan – November 27, 2015 – The Northern Center for Lifelong Learning will host an author talk with Matthew Gavin Frank related to his new book, The Mad Feast: An Ecstatic Tour Through America’s Food. Frank examines a quintessential dish from each state, interweaving the culinary with personal and cultural associations of each region.
This program will take place from 7-9 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 1, in the Shiras Room of the Peter White Public Library. This event will cost $3 for NCLL members and $8 for non-members. Register before Monday, Nov. 23, by calling 227-2979.
