Marie, Michigan, has requested a direct, development, nonmetallic minerals (sand and gravel) lease from the State of Michigan, covering the following described Michigan Department of Natural Resources (DNR) nonmetallic mineral rights for an existing pit located in Chippewa County, Michigan, containing a total of 40 acres, more or less, further described as:
Trout Lake Sand Pit – NW1/4 SE1/4, Section 34, T44N, R06W, Trout Lake Township
