Harvey – The 8th Annual Silver Creek Neighborhood Block Party will be held on Saturday, August 15 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Silver Creek Church, 219 Silver Creek Road in Harvey.
The entire community is invited to this free event. Activities include a backpack and school supply give away, carnival style games and food. Children must be present to receive backpacks and supplies. Non-profit agencies will be on hand at the event to provide information about the services and programs they offer within the community.
