Calendar – Films/Documentaries – Vintage Cinema to Screen “Stagecoach” – Jan. 5

Marquette – Vintage Cinema will present a screening of John Ford’s “Stagecoach” starring John Wayne on Monday, January 5 at 1:30 p.m. in the Community Room of the Peter White Public Library.

This western drama is the story about a group of strangers riding on a stagecoach through dangerous Apache territory. In 1995, the U. S. Library of Congress selected “Stagecoach” for preservation in their National Film Registry.

Released in 1939, the film is shown in black and white and runs for 96 minutes.
