Marquette – The Your Health lecture series. “Does Your Community Impact Your Health?” presented by Dr. Greg Holzman, will be offered on Thursday, January 30 at 7 p.m. in Reynolds Recital Hall at NMU.
Dr. Holzman is associate chair of preventative medicine and medical director of the Family Medicine Network at the Michigan State University College of Human Medicine. His talk is free and open to the public, and he will explore the undeniable link between community and personal health, why access to health care doesn’t necessarily lead to a healthy population and whether more resources should be focused on prevention.
