TUBACHRISTMAS Performs in Downtown Marquette December 8th

On Sunday, December 8, at 3:30 p.m., thirty tuba and euphonium players will give a grand public performance in the Pocket Park on West Washington Street (next to The Wild Rover) in Downtown Marquette. 

TUBACHRISTMAS is an international event held on various dates during the Christmas season in hundreds of different cities across the United States and in other countries. It has been a tradition in cities throughout the world since the first TUBACHRISTMAS event was held on the Ice Rink Stage of New York City’s Rockefeller Center on Sunday, December 22, 1974.
