CLEVELAND, July 9, 2013 — Cliffs Natural Resources Inc. (NYSE: CLF) (Paris: CLF) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend on the Company’s common shares of $0.15 per share. The cash dividend will be payable on Sept. 3, 2013, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on Aug. 15, 2013.
