MARQUETTE, Mich.— As part of Northern Michigan University’s WinterFest, there is an open skate for the public from 6-9 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 19, at the Berry Events Center. NMU students, faculty, staff and the Marquette community can enjoy free ice skating and hot chocolate while having a chance to skate with Wildcat Willy, as well as NMU and USOEC athletes.
Music will be provided by Double Trouble DJs. Free photo booth photos will also be available. There is no charge for skate rentals, but participants are encouraged to bring their own, if possible.
