Judge the cakes and eat them, too! The public is invited to help choose the winners for the Judge a Book Cake Decorating Contest in the Peter White Public Library Community Room on Saturday, January 26 at 2:00 pm.
Cash prizes will be awarded in three categories: professional, adult amateur and youth. A people’s choice award for each category will be selected by audience vote. Members of the library’s Tasty Reads book group will serve as judges for the first and second prizes in each category.
Following the judging, the cakes will be cut up and shared with the audience to enjoy along with hot coffee donated by Starbucks.
