L’Anse – Dr. Patrick Bulinski, Baraga County Memorial Hospital’s general surgeon, will offer an educational program for the community regarding Upper Gastrointestinal (GI) Disease on Monday, September 24 at 6:30 p.m. in the Baraga County Memorial Hospital Conference Center in L’Anse.
