Marquette – The YMCA of Marquette County will offer Healthy Kids Day, the nation’s largest health day for families, on Saturday, April 16 from 10 a.m. to noon at the Y in Marquette.
The free event for children and parents will feature an obstacle course, a family karate class, a bounce house, water safety games, youth yoga and much more. Healthy Kids Day is designed to teach healthy habits to children and inspire a lifetime love of physical activity at a time when one in three children in the United States is overweight or obese.
