Patrick Johnson from Northwestern University is performing “Pouring Tea: Gay Black Men of the South Tell Their Tales” at 7:30 p.m., Monday, Sept. 24, at the Forest Roberts Theatre. His performance will examine what it’s like for gay, black men living in Dublin, Ga; Jasper, Texa; Hickory, North Carolina; and other places in the south. The performance is from a book Johnson wrote by the same name.
