MARQUETTE, MI – The Marquette Area Public Schools Family Life Advisory Committee (FLAC) is scheduled to meet on Monday, November 4, 2013, at 4:00 p.m. in the Marquette Senior High School Library. The main function of the FLAC is to discuss, review, and make recommendations regarding family life education curricular issues. The meeting is open to the public.
The FLAC currently has openings for volunteer parent representatives. The committee meets twice per year. Interested persons should submit an application by Friday, November 1, 2013 to: Bob Anthony, Marquette Senior High School, 1203 W. Fair Avenue, Marquette, MI 49855. Applications may be picked up at the high school office Monday through Friday between 7:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. or downloaded from the district website under the Central Office Downloads.
