Negaunee – A four class series Hunter Safety Class will begin on Monday, July 9 beginning at 5:30 p.m. with registration at the Negaunee Rod and Gun Club. Classes will be held Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 6 to 9 p.m. each evening.
Class is for those 10 and older. Students less than 10 years of age will be welcome if seating is available. Students ages 11 and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
The class is free. To register, call the Ishpeming-Negaunee-NICE Community Schools at 475-4173. Space is limited, so call early.
